Please note its contents, particularly that no-one may make contracts or authorise expenditure on behalf of our candidates in relation to the Borough and Town Council elections except through me.
Waverley Borough Council and Local Town Elections 4th May 2023
I, Sean Donovan-Smith, hereby give notice that I am the appointed Election Agent for the Conservative Party Candidates at the above elections.
Under the Representation of the People Act 1983 as amended, no-one may make contracts or authorise expenditure on behalf of the Conservative Party candidates in relation to the elections except through me.
Following the elections, all bills and claims should be sent to me at my office: South West Surrey Conservatives, 2 Royal Parade, Tilford Road, Hindhead, Surrey GU26 6TD.
This must be done within 21 days of the declaration of the result in order for me to legally pay them.
